When create new employee user from employee document i found the created user have acess for alot of functions

when create new employee user from employee document i found the created user have acess for alot of functions in all modules

i think the user must have only the minmum roles and whant belongs him like leav application
any advice plase to make the appliction create the employee user with mininum acess

Create a role with required role permissions and access. You can assign the same to the employee.
