When creating a Custom Field, In the "Fetch From" drop down, it doesn't display the DocType List

I have create a new DocType named “Item Categories”, in that DocType, there is a field named “Item Group”, where I want to fetch from the Item DocType’s “Item Group” field. I created the Field Type as Data, and below the Fetch From Label, it doesn’t display the DocType Lists to select from.

I tried with both “Data” and “Link” field types, still the same issue.
