When i edit the address in sales order why sales taxes and charges is removed from same doctype

if i edit address in sales order doctype then sales taxes and charges these fields is also removed automatically

Because Address Doctype is linked with Tax Category and Tax Category is Linked with Sales Taxes and Charges.
