When student pass this academic year and move to next, or fail

Hello;

How to manage the success (passing) or the fail (drop) in the academic year program for the student?
Is there a tool to determine if that student is allowed to pass to the level or not?

For example: if the student in program of elementary 1 and he failed (did not pass), so he should not be allowed to go for program of elementary 2 (second level) because he did not pass elementary 1. How to manage this?

Right now there isn’t any restriction on the promotion. You have to manually create the different program enrollment in that case.

Access Education > Program Enrollment Tool,

Enter / Select valid details for the following fields

Get students from, Academic Year, Program, Term and execute the button Get students to get its respective studens.

Select the required students to update the program enrollment for new program, new academic year, new student batch and new academic term and execute the button Enroll Students.

After executing, verify and submit to complete the process.
