Where can i find list of fields name for each table?

Hello am working on a integration and the link I used to used to find information on table and field is no more. Was it move? can I get the new link?

I found something. Not sure if this is it, but am sharing it.

If that table is a doctype then going to DocType and finding it out will show the fields. However if you wish to see both the default and the custom fields then use Customize Form and you will be able to see all fields, and any special attributes.

if you working on integration then i think this is helpful for you

0.0.0.0/api/resource/Doctype Name/document number

for example:
0.0.0.0/api/resource/Employee/EMP001
