Where does Sales invoice fetch item price from?

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me from where sales invoice pulls item price from? I want to change the code so that it fetches prices batch wise.

I am unable to find the code anywhere, and the “fetch from” fields are empty

Follow up question. From where is item price inserted into the backend? where can i find the code?
