After press the send button, where does the message go? I can’t find it anywhere. Only a new contact in contact list.

In search bar try ‘contact us settings’.
@smino Hi, I have set a ‘Forward To Email Address’ in ‘contact us setting’ page. But it still can’t recieve any message.
Does it needs any other setting like imap or pop3? I can’t find any such setting pages.
You will need an smtp server to send the message from ERPNext and a pop3 or IMAP to receive it. Check your email queue list for messages if those are set up already.
@smino Hi, I just checked the ‘email queue list’, it’s empty there.
But I found that the message sent is in ‘Opportunity list’.
Unfortunately, there is no notification.
I need the message to be sent to ‘Forward To Email Address’, or give me a notification in ERPNext. How to solve that problem?
