Where is chat? Cannot find anything labeled as Desk

I just recently signed up for a free trial, and one important feature to me is internal chat between myself and my employees. I can search documentation and it says there is a chat box but no where do I see one anywhere. I have searched, and I have created a group chat with two users, but again, no where can I find the actual chat room anywhere? I am told this is in Desk? I have not seen anything that is labeled as “Desk”. Thank you in advance for your help.

I was wondering that, too recently. My research shows that the chat is currently being redesigned. That’s why it is disabled for the time being. Also hoping that it will come back soon.

Aha, that is why I could not find it. I found out I was looking at the desk the entire time too. Thank you again!
