Where is Email Group Configuration?

The documentation says go to Home > Settings > Email > Email Group
https://docs.erpnext.com/docs/v13/user/manual/en/CRM/email_group

However that appears to be incorrect or something is misconfigured in my installation.

“Email Group” does not show up in the Awesome Bar.

It’s not under ordinary Settings:

It’s also not under CRM Settings:

You may want to check if Email module is installed on your instance
Go to Doctype List and search for name Email Group and see if you can navigate from there.
If yes, is your user assigned Newsletter Manager role?

Not sure why, but I found it under “Tools” (ERPNext v13.8)
