Where is Inbox of Email?

Hello, I have updated Email Account for Sales (outgoing) and appended to Opportunity.
WHen I created Opportunity and emailed from it, Its status changed as ‘Replied’. But where the email comes in? (I sent to my gmail account itself).

Understood. There is no Inbox.
The mails will come to the docs which assigned in ‘Append to’ field.
The filter is based on the email id provided!
