Which permission is necessary to have Issues in the support modules

Hello! I’m struggling with something that maybe is something really easy for someone already used to ERPnext - I cannot understand which permission allows to have the Issues function in the Support module. I only see this but I cannot open a new issue!

Can someone help me urgently pls?

Issue document permission is assigned to support team role in ERPNext as default (Version13). Please check user profile for this role. Or check role permission manager and search Issue document.

Hello! I actually have it already that role but still cannot see the Issues function

Please assign the system manager role and check. May be someone have changed the permissions.
