Which version changed the UI?

I installed the current develop branch on my local machine, and it has the new UI where you select the app you want to work with on the very top left (“Erpnext” or “Framework” for example).

In which version did this UI change? Is there a way to enable it in previous versions?

v16 (Nightly) and it follows the new Frappe UI design concepts and components. It’s still brand new
