While creating Quotation for newly created Item, Item name is not getting fetched in Quotation

While creating Quotation for newly created Item, Item name is not getting fetched in Quotation, why? how to do it?

this is a known bug when creating new document from connections, the reason is that item_code field event not triggered, possible solution is to manually input/select the item code again in target document(Quotation)
