When I create a product tax category and use the template on an item line in my purchase invoice, the tax rate does not appear in the tax table. However, I am specifying the tax rate when setting up the product tax category.
I need to use the tax rates in the tax table for the report I’m preparing. What should I do for this? Why aren’t the tax rates appearing? Also, why do the tax rates show up when I use the Sales Taxes and Charges Template or Purchase Taxes and Charges Template, but not when I select the Product Tax Category options?
