Why i can't add a new guardian in student applicant webform?

When i am logged like a student and try to apply for a program (domain/student-applicant?new=1) i can’t add a new guardian, i see the next:

I can’t write in the guardian name field.

What i need to make work it?

Just write in the guardian field. The Guardian Name field will be filled out automatically.
