Why is a document placed in a locked folder? How can I reproduce it?

today, when i get error when save document:

but i dont understand why my record being put in a locks folder?.
How can i reproduce the error ?

tks for your solution, but i want to know why my document being put in a locks folders and how to reproduce it by my self.

Finally, Is there a way to delete it on the desktop screen?
