Why is that I can't open our erpnext website?

Does anyone experience this today? Our domain site doesn’t work but the default one is working.

Are you using Frappe Cloud? Self hosting?

I am using frappe cloud. In the image below the primary domain isn’t working but the default domain which is frappe.cloud can access the site. Thanks @avc

Seems some DNS related issue … if anything changed on your domain DNS configuration, better open a ticket here

@avc I just want to ask if we just use the default the domain, it still save into as database? Thanks

If all domains point to the same site, then yes. Different names, but same site.
