Why other employee can not delete shared doc

i am sharing my timesheet doc to other employee by giving all read write submit and share but still he is unale to delete timesheetdoc and edit

Bcz of User Permission one Employee can’t see another Employee’s records or inked doctype record. Remove User Permission from User Permission doctype and try.
