Woo commerce integration error

I have recently installed woo commerce connector to the cloud but i am unable to sync my website to ERPNEXT. How can we resolve this?
This Error Pops up.

That’s most probably error from WooCommerce end. Check your WooCommerce version. Usually works well with latest one. Have seen this error on one WooCommerce site. But no error when I made a new WooCommerce site and connected the same ERPNext instance. Worked flawlessly.

I thought the same, but we did try to resolve it from both ends but it still shows the same error.
