Woocommerce Webhook submit : cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem

I was able to access my site using HTTPS from my browser, but after submitting it to wooCommerce Webhook, I got the following error. Do I need to do some SSL setup somewhere in Erpnext?

Error: Delivery URL cannot be reached: cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate

I have had this problem as well and found a stackoverflow article which seemed to be closely related. Interestingly it seems the error is thrown from the erpnext end as the wordpress site certificate is unable to be accepted(?)
