While creating workflow, in the ‘Only allowed edits for’ field we can add the user role who can update the state, but I think that sends mails to all users with the role. For eg., if Leave Approver role is added for leave approval flow, and I make a leave application, workflow mail will be sent to everyone with the ‘Leave Approver’ role and not just my approver.
Is there a workaround?
