Workflow actions are not automatically created

I have a workflow:

All states are not selected: Is Optional State

When I approve a leave application it doesn’t create an Action in the workflow

Why? I don’t understand it yet.

I found the error. Because I have set Administrator permission for the workflow.

Hi,
Uhm, workflow triggered when “Only Allow Edit For” permission is not “Administrator”

You can try it by adding your other permissions.

Thanks for replying. I changed this fields on my workflow but approval cannt see “Action button” to check approve or reject. Please help me how to unhiden or somewhere?
