Hi,
I tried create a workflow for the doctype unfortunately I got the window pop up saying
“Document has been modified after you opened it”, then I refresh the workflow screen it went blank with no option to utilize.

while I try to delete the created workflow i am getting this following error.
When creating a workflow and using the builder option, first reload the page after the creation of the workflow name.
We checked on our end in the latest version 15, and it deleted properly. Please check it.
But it is not working for me, I tried to delete it but not successful. Also I am using the postgres sql as the DB. Is thr any restriction on database. If there any other way to remove the workflow pls let me know. As I mentioned I tried using the UI but not successful. Same error I getting prompted which restricting the deletion.
I have no idea if you use the postgres sql.
Any way to remove the doctype dependency as one of prod doctype stuck in this issue couldnt able to remove the dependency
pls suggest any alternative solution to remove all the dependency from the doctype if possible.
any solution on this??? i have same case… using postgres
@niraj_regmi I tried but couldnt able to resolve the issue even i have tried removing the relevant database which corrupted the doctype lastly with confirmation we migrated to Mariadb
so I suggest u the same or other wise u may face critical issue later
