My workflow emails show only one button…“Approve”, there is no “Reject” button in the body of the email. What could be the issue?
Check the workflow that you have configured. Have you defined both the Approve and Reject state? also have you defined both these states in the transition table? A screenshot of the workflow will help us understand the issue better.
