Same, “not permitted for ER Analitica”.
Try to create a new role, give Quotation’s full permissions to the role and assign that role to the User, then try.
Don’t permit the Customer & don’t check Apply User Permission.
Check your 1st picture, give the permission of Quotation to the New Customer Role.
In Transition Rules, Replace Customer with New Customer Role.
Where’s Transition Rules?
Tried, same error as before “Not permitted for ER Analitica”.
Tried set New Customer Role to States too, same error.
Found a solution, created another role (Customer Workflow Access) for a Customer doctype.
Tried create a new role with two doctypes (Customer & Quotation), I don’t know why but the workflow was hidden…
