My user is not able to use a custom workflow on quotation, any help?
Please share
- Your logged in user Role Info
- Workflow screenshot showing the State Table and Transition Table
Write permission required for Role Customer against doctype Quotation. in Role Permission Manager
I set Write permission and got it
Now stopped to work =|
Try to Reload . Not sure what is missing.
Tried clear cache, set customer again, nothing
Tried delete, worked, just submit problem
@Leonardo_Augusto make sure that Customer role must have permission to read Customer,
And in Rule Quotation > Customer which linked doctype have you applied for user permissions?
& the workflow picture is not clear, seems like you’ve putted 1 in all Doc Status against every Stage.
- Yes that user has permission to read that customer, because his just reading ER Analitica Quotations.
- I did not understand that point.
- Yeah… I did a mess in that workflow picture, follow a new one:
Everything looks perfect, you must be missing something, run your cycle again,
before that try,
bench clear-cache
bench clear-website-cache
Then Reload the page using Ctrl+Shift+R.
I tried all of that possibilities before, tried now too, nothing
Deactivate your workflow and then check if user can submit the quotation or not,
then we can figure out that where the problem is, in workflow or in permissions.
I tried it too, he can’t submit.
The problem is just the submited state, cuz if I change all workflow to docstatus 1 he can change any status as well.
Ok, it means problem is in the Permissions setting,
let me suppose,
The User have role “Customer”
The User has been permitted with the Specific Customer Name.
Customer Have a permissions for Quotation.
Try Un checking the “Apply User Permission”. in Quotation > Customer in Role Permission Manager.
Not worked
I’m trying clearing the cache and checking if the role changed was saved too…
