“ERROR. No permission to save Purchase Order.”

I have created Purchase order workflow. check below.

As the message says, the user you are testing with does not have enough permissions for the Purchase Order.

Dear Sir

Approval or rejection access is with user type MANAGER. cant see that the user has less permission.
