Workflow transition approver see only documents assigned to him

in the workflow transition

if we have multiple user assigned to one role, is there any way to assign the doc to appear to one of them only

for example
user A create a pending work flow to users who have role for approval

there are 10 users who have this approval role

is there any way to assign the doc to only one of them and hide it from the other
