Yandex Email configuration "request time out"

Try leaving the port number in the SMTP setting blank.
That is what worked for me.

I tried before ,it’s work but i can’t send email

i get this error when i try send email

SMTPSenderRefused: (553, '5.7.1 Sender address rejected: not owned by auth user.', u'SOUL ERP <admin@example.com>')

in email account try to check Always use this email address as sender address
