either you don’t have edit permission or you miss to fill up the mandatory field. check doctype if any mandatory field is missing to put into web form
in webform,
if you checklist “Login Required” – if you want to edit, checklist “Allow Edit”
but,
if you not checklist “login required”, you dont to checklist “allow edit”
