“You don’t have permission to get a report on: Patient Encounter Diagnosis” error show when i click on Diagnosis Trends
but i have give all the permissions to this user

Go to the Role Permissions Manager and Select your doctype and role, and tick on ‘Report’.
then reload and check it.
when i try to add documnet Type but not give permission to add
when cursor go to document Type cannot add
I checked with v15, it’s worked.
It’s just an example for another doctype.
