When I try to access my site it shows me this message

It happened after I reinstalled wkhtmltopdf by installing from GitHub directly in pursue of trying to fix pdf not generating for custom print format.

I seems that it is Nginx basic Auth popup but it is not defined in the Nginx file. This suggests it might have something to do with Django.
BTW I have 2 sites on this installation and both have same problem.

If the logins were working before wkhtmltopdf was reinstalled, and no other configuration changes were made then what version of wkhtmltopdf is installed now? wkhtmltopdf -V to see.
