I tried to run a bench update and I got this error.

Well in a sense, because when I did bench update, The site didn’t work and mysql was fubar, so I tried to debug it till I managed to get this display. Now I can’t see what is the issue here, and I need to put the site back up.

Unfortunately yes, I just managed to get a full/clean dump so I wont be losing data. But if there is a way to get it back up. I would be grateful

i face this problem and then made new bench (bench init)

What did you do about the data ?

i backed up my data and restored it after set up my new bench
i made it by (Navicat)
