Access site_config.json file

Hi

I have installed ERP next on windows 2007 using virtual box and latest version of virtual image.
While creating a new master i should be in developer mode.

frappe-bench/appa/frappe/frappe/data/samples_site_config.json
frappe-bench/apps/frappe/test_sites/test_site/site_config.json
frappe-bench/sites/erpnext.erpnext-vm/site_config.json

in which json file i have to set the developer mode and when i try to edit or open the file it is showing me no edit mailcap rule for type applications/json and permission denied when i try to open

Hi

After adding the JSON object in site_config.json file, when i try opening the site it is showing me internal server error.
What do i have to do now?

What is the error?

If you are using bench start you should see it in your terminal.
