Auto Attendance Not Working

I am using Self Hosted Solutions of yours and using app for user to check-in and out.
default shift also configured but all of a sudden the attendance is not syncing.

Please Help me with these.

Looks like these are updated 2 days ago and now those are not running.

Seems your scheduler is not working … Check status with bench doctor ,and use

bench scheduler enable 
bench scheduler resume
bench clear-cache

Other possible reason could be related with this option on system settings.

After this number of days without interactive (manual) login, scheduled jobs will be changed to “dormant” status. Check this:

Last Sync of Checkin Not Updating
And the Attendance is not automated now.

I Think that I am facing the same problem, My schedule is working and I can fetch all the check in and out from my finger print device, but the attendance is not syncing ( I mean I want to make a report for all the employees using the attendance dashboard, But nothing in the attendance.

6 Things to be checked for the Auto Attendance

  1. Enable Auto Attendance in Shift Type
  2. Process Attendance After in Shift Type
  3. Last Sync of Checkin in Shift Type
  4. Same Shift Attached in Employee Check-ins
  5. Schedule Job Type: auto_attendance_for_all_shifts is Enabled
  6. No Error for the job

which device are you using? try to get the response from the biometric device’s server in postaman. check if its working if you are using api based syncing.

I am not using any device. using HRMS mobile apps for check-in and out.

@ShaonPro Check the network tab when clicking the check in button. See the api call.

check-in and out working fine - just not working everyday auto attendance,
when i set the “Last Sync of Checkin” Now and fetch Attendance. that time it’s work.
Don’t know why.
