Changing currency for chart of accounts

Situation:
When I change default currency under Global Defaults and Company, it doesn’t affect chart of accounts which I have to change manually for each account to avoid errors upon transacting.

Is there a less tedious method to change currency on chart of accounts instead of going through one account head at a time

Maybe create a new company with a new chart of accounts.

Or use the bulk update tool…
