I have a workflow for material request.
As an administrator, I created a material request as a test but later realized that I cannot delete it. Additionally, I noticed that I couldn’t give the administrator permission to delete it.
Also add to this that after I give the employee the permission to delete the Material request and after the workflow of material request end, I couldn’t delete the test order.
Anyone know how to resolve this…?
Please set another role, which has user role and set delete and cancel right. Additionally, if the MR has a workflow, make sure to add the canceled state to the workflow so that users can cancel and delete the MR.

I set the rule for users and then they could delete the material request, but then when all the parties in the workflow approve the request then the user couldn’t delete it the request.
also I tried to add the following to the workflow but also without avail
