Erpnext down for 5 to 10 minutes for some users

Hi there i have installed erpnext but for some users sometimes it will not load properly and it usually happens to 2 3 random users sometimes to admin sometime to other users what can be the reason behind this as sometimes our managers complain about this issue…

As @mohitchechani said above, probably due to Fail2Ban.
Check this:

Edit jail.conf file . It is located (usually) at /etc/fail2ban/ Locate the line wich contains “ignoreip” You can manage ip range too … Add your ip address/es like this: ignoreip = xx.xx.xx.xx/mm (where xx is the ip and mm the mask). ie: ignoreip = 80.80.80.81/24 There is a lot of documentation about Fail2Ban config. Restart Fail2Ban service. Hope it helps.

In addition to what others said, also check your nginx logs to see if every user is being seen as the same IP in case you’re behind a reverse proxy.

In my case, i just reinstall the browser and the problem solved.
