For incoming emails of some accounts, how do we create an automatic issue?

HI,

For incoming emails of some accounts, how do we create an automatic issue?

I tried the following:

step 1: I created an Email account
step 2: Append email for issue doctype.

I filled below details,

It’s not automatically creating an issue. But I received a mail in my inbox.

Let me know did I am missing something.
I don’t able get the workflow. Help me on it.

I find the issue now.

It’s because folder name I created dummy name has to mention mail folder like inbox, spam.

but my concern is subject equals to “Ticket” only from clients mail to “xxxxx(to us)” this need to create issue in my system i need a solution for example client mail subject is “Ticket for Support request for mobile not working”

In your mail,

you have to create a label Ticket issue.

You have to configure the label with the ‘Ticket for Support request for mobile not working’ using filter.

Once done all the mail from this ‘Ticket’ is fall on ‘Ticket Issue’,

Then can configure this ‘Ticket Issue’ label in ERPNEXT


There is no field having condition in email account transaction
