GST Accounting possible with open source version?

I have installed ERPNext v14.0.2 open source version. Does this version support GST? I don’t see any GST related option on the company setup page.

When I search for “GST Settings”, it shows nothing

Do I need to enable anything to get GST Settings to show up?
