How to avoid - TCP listening socket 127.0.0.1:11000: bind: Address already in use

Hello,

This is coming on server side. When first time bench is started then its working then again when logout from server and again login and try to start the bench then this is coming. When i kill those pids then it work. How to handle such cases?
