How to disable the default filter

Hi Team ,

In the customer list two filters are enable by default .how to disable this filter
1.All Customer Groups
2.All Territories

1- Go to Selling Settings and remove Default Customer Group and Default Territory
2- Reload to clear cash
3- if still in filter remove it and reload again
