I can`t reach my frappe production site consistently

Hi

I have installed frappe v13 for a company but the site be out of reach when there is a pressure on it.

the users have to change them network, like opening them phone hotspot or connect to any other network so they can reach again, they have to still swapping to reach the site!

so as conclusion my site is working but I have to still swapping between networks to reach it.

PS: when i wait for about 20minuts i get the reach again on the same network but i will lose it again after a while!

any one have a solution?!

Probably fail2ban is blocking access.

Connection Problem

Edit jail.conf file . It is located (usually) at /etc/fail2ban/ Locate the line wich contains “ignoreip” You can manage ip range too … Add your ip address/es like this: ignoreip = xx.xx.xx.xx/mm (where xx is the ip and mm the mask). ie: ignoreip = 80.80.80.81/24 There is a lot of documentation about Fail2Ban config. Restart Fail2Ban service. Hope it helps.
