I need amend option when cancelled state in Workflow

I need amend option when in workflow Any suggesyions below image is my workflow what state should i add for amend button show

Maybe your workflow state still in Approved. So just add another row
Approved ----> Cancel -----> Cancellled
Then it will show an Action, in that action do the Cancel.

i already tied that but this error coming

Try this same flow for new quotation. Because its already cancelled. Don’t cancel by Cancel Button and try cancel by Action only

Issue with "Cancel" in Workflow

Good Day Everyone, In a standard Workflow, the Last Two states are “Approved” and “Cancelled”. In the “Approved” state the Doc Status is 1, and the “Cancelled” state the Doc Status is 2.
