I have checked on Mandatory on customization of DocType and get this error

how can I customize or disable mandatory fields on DocType

Hey @silocoegypt, in my experience you cannot truly disable the mandatory fields, but you can hide them by clicking “Hidden”, if you just want to “clean up” your users’ experience with that DocType. However, if you find yourself adding several new custom fields to the doc and also getting rid of standard ones, you can always create a new DocType entirely, using the existing DocType as your base/template and edit the workflows as necessary. (Workflows)
