Installing javascript application on Frappe

I want to install GitHub - adafruit/Adafruit_WebSerial_ESPTool: A Web Serial tool for updating your ESP bootloader. this application on frappe, Installing custom app on Frappe I have implement whatever is in this conversation but I am not able to access the application. If someone know how to do that please help me.
