Material Return after doing a material issue

Hi i have a question regarding how ERP Next can handle Material Return. For example if you issue out 5 items from youre store/warehouse and only 3 of the items are used eg for a project. How can someone return the extra 2 items in hand?

Is there a way currently of doing this or is this a feature request?.

I am using:

ERPNext: v12.1.6 (version-12)
Frappe Framework: v12.0.16 (version-12)

I have managed to have a work around for this.All you need to do is a stock entry>Material Receipt. On the remarks you can indicate its a stock return from a previous stock issue (You can capture the exact doc number for the material issue for auditing purposes.)
