Offline POS Syncing Issue

Hi,

We are using POS in offline mode, in a retail store. We just found that few POS invoices are missing in ERP. Luckily we have them in printed form but when we search in ERP Sales Invoices, records are missing there.

What could be the possible reason for this issue and how to overcome such issues in the future?

Is there any chance to fetch data that was not synced or missing?

Thank @clarkej. This is a recurring issue with Offline POS. We have gone through every setting but the solution is not found. Luckily the print outs are available so the user creates a new Sales Invoice.
