Query Reports not showing in selected module

Hello ,
i created Query report and saved it in Custom module ‘MyReports’
it not showing in the module ,its working on reports list .
How can i fix the problem ?
can i add it manually ?
where the module links saved ?

Add it to config/[your-module].py file in your app.
