Scheduled Job Not getting complete, Stays in start status

(repost_item_valuation.repost_entries) This job getting started every hour but not getting complete it stays in start status only…
Any help would be better, Thanks in advance

Yes, I did enable the scheduler

Actually other jobs are running properly

Please do a bench --site [sitename] migrate or refer Repost Item Valuation queued status too long , any issue?
